Here are some of our strategies specifically tailored for achieving diversity and inclusion with the Port Moody Police Department. By implementing these strategies, it has created an inclusive workplace culture that reflects the diversity of the community we serve.




Actively recruit candidates from diverse backgrounds, including different ethnicities, genders, and socioeconomic perspectives.
